Tracking says that due to the package not having a correct phone number or address on it (which I did submit correctly at checkout) teh package would most likely be sent back to sender. There is no costumer service or support on the website to try figure out what can be done.

I didn't receive the product I didn't receive the product, and I didn't get a refund. I also wrote an email and sent the Instagram DM as well, but I cannot receive any reply. I ordered in August 2020.

I never received my order I never received my order. Then I placed a second order and never received that either. So now I’m down approx $50. I have no straws. If they ever appear, I will have 3 straws delivered, two with the same color, which is not what I wanted. I sent an email regarding this situation and a reply or confirmation was never sent back. Very unprofessional.

Unless I somehow missed it Unless I somehow missed it, I didn’t get a notice that my order was shipped. It took a little longer to reach me than expected, but the quality and packaging (nicely designed straw holder!) made up fir it.
