I didn't receive the product I didn't receive the product, and I didn't get a refund. I also wrote an email and sent the Instagram DM as well, but I cannot receive any reply. I ordered in August 2020.

Delivered but haven't gotten the package! I ordered a telescopic straw and I have recites and everything. I ordered it in August 2020 and they're saying it got delivered but I haven't got it. I tried to mail them lots of times without any answer at all. This is totally ridiculous.

I never received my order I never received my order. Then I placed a second order and never received that either. So now I’m down approx $50. I have no straws. If they ever appear, I will have 3 straws delivered, two with the same color, which is not what I wanted. I sent an email regarding this situation and a reply or confirmation was never sent back. Very unprofessional.

Wonderful products that are good for… Wonderful products that are good for the environment! You will not be disappointed. I admire companies like Save The Turtles which are making the planet a better place for everyone
