ORDERED: October ‘22 GOT NOTHING! I placed an order in October 2022, it’s now January 2023. I reached out through email in December 2022 and got a response about delays and said I would receive a tracking number soon and would be updated shortly. It’s been crickets since I sent that email. I even sent a direct message on Instagram, they “loved” my critical comment about their customer service but never responded. I’m requesting a refund with my bank. As I see these reviews, I wish I would have read them sooner before even ordering. Purchased a winter jacket with a promo code for $72. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! You will be disappointed and out of money with no product received!

I own several pieces from the company… I own several pieces from the company that I just simply love, and so I remain supportive which is why my rating is a 3. However, I ordered a dress in August 2022 that I totally forgot about and only remembered when I was checking on the status of an order I made in September 2022. I am hopeful that the production and shipping issues improve soon. I really want this company to thrive, but in order to do so the pervasive problems with completing orders must be solved.

These reviews are NOT representative of Souk and Sepia.… I am stunned at all of these bad reviews! I can only assume that mostly unhappy customers are posting reviews. I have ordered several items for myself and others with no problems. Lots of people order and sell stuff from China, y'all...🙄

RUN! Used to be my favorite brand, I purchased orders last year and loved what I received. I now have three orders that have been placed between 2 and 5 months ago, have received the same long winded and insubstantial emails that everyone else has about shipping delays, and after requesting a refund a month ago, got more run-around about how they’re transitioning into a new payment system (insert more rambling excuses here). They are unfortunately not to be trusted. They will take your money, keep it, and you will most likely never get your purchase into your hands. Don’t waste your money or energy here.

No Item or Refund I’m so disappointed. I preordered an item in February. Reached out in March - June and received so many conflicting stories of being refunded and then being asked for my PayPal and then nothing else. This became horrible customer service. I will not be shopping with this brand again.
