AUNever Again I have never written a bad review before writing this one. I purchased a full shaving kit for my son for Christmas in November 2023. We received the product- no problem there. However, 1 month later a withdrawal was taken from my credit card of $52. I contacted Manscaped and they stated I had signed up for on-going products. I stated this is absolutely incorrect. I rang my bank and they advised me that they see this problem a lot with this company. They automatically sign you up for a subscription. I cancelled my credit card to avoid further withdrawals. Today, 25/4 (4 months later), I received my refund of $52. I had to write over 6 emails to ensure this payment was made. It came down to principal in the end. Never again!!!

GBWorst piece of equipment Advertised that it does cut, sure does. Use it 4 times now and it’s cut me to pieces on my tackle every time it’s sure is a waste of money. Over £100 down the drain going back into box it came with. So which id read this reviews before purchasing. Anyone thinking about buying it don’t bother. My braun shaver does a better job and cost half the price. Sure cancelling the quarter fee.

GBExcellent customer service and great product! Excellent customer service and great product. My charger stopped working so I sent an email at 7pm on a Saturday, not expecting a response until during the week, but received a reply 50 minutes later offering a free replacement which arrived in no time at all. Couldn't be happier. Thanks! Matty

GBI don’t really understand the bad… I don’t really understand the bad reviews. My husband had a product from Manscaped, it was very good and suited the purpose. It broke after 14 months and they responded promptly, offered a replacement and it arrived very quickly. Absolutely can’t complain about this sort of service.

GBAwful experience Awful experience. Ordered products worth £200 with next day delivery. Was told that next day delivery doesn’t really mean that and that it takes 1-3 days to process an order. So they refunded me £20. Then nothing. Silence. Just happily taking my £180 and refusing the cancel because the order has been sent to the warehouse. Complaining gets you nowhere because they simply refuse to be reasonable or have systems in place that allow you to do whatever every other commercial company can do which is cancel orders and refund when they have messed up. The process to return the products is so overly convoluted that no one is doing it to get the refund and by the sounds of other reviews the products are not great anyway. I have contacted my bank to have them take action to get my money back. This feels like a scam.
