Never Again I have never written a bad review before writing this one. I purchased a full shaving kit for my son for Christmas in November 2023. We received the product- no problem there. However, 1 month later a withdrawal was taken from my credit card of $52. I contacted Manscaped and they stated I had signed up for on-going products. I stated this is absolutely incorrect. I rang my bank and they advised me that they see this problem a lot with this company. They automatically sign you up for a subscription. I cancelled my credit card to avoid further withdrawals. Today, 25/4 (4 months later), I received my refund of $52. I had to write over 6 emails to ensure this payment was made. It came down to principal in the end. Never again!!!

Worst piece of equipment Advertised that it does cut, sure does. Use it 4 times now and it’s cut me to pieces on my tackle every time it’s sure is a waste of money. Over £100 down the drain going back into box it came with. So which id read this reviews before purchasing. Anyone thinking about buying it don’t bother. My braun shaver does a better job and cost half the price. Sure cancelling the quarter fee.

I bought the platinum lawn mower 5.0… I bought the platinum lawn mower 5.0 and I regret purchasing this product, the shaver was horrible downstairs so I tried using it as a beard trimmer and it felt like I was plucking my beard not shaving, absolutely garbage!!!, as for there cleaning product I have no allergies and have never had a problem with any deodorant but there roll on left my armpits with itchy welts, overpaid on the advertising instead of good quality product will never purchase a single thing from them ever again complete waste of money do yourself a favour and skip the intriguing ads and go buy a decent shaver

I’m writing this poor review not on the… I’m writing this poor review not on the product as I’m yet to receive it but the absolute scam that they charge £10 for next day delivery which isn’t actually next day delivery. It’s been two days since ordering the pro package which set me back £145, I’m going away tomorrow so thought I’d spend the extra £10 to receive it next day. Now this is where they get you, the delivery service is the only part that is next day. In fact it’s 1-3 days before they even hand the package to the delivery company! This isn’t next day delivery!!! If you order from any company that states next day delivery you get it the next day, hell I wouldn’t even mind if it came two days later but the fact that it’s not even been dispatched yet after I’ve paid a premium is a joke and a scam!!!

Good whilst is lasted.... It was a very good product whilst it lasted, but it broke after a couple of months, you expect a much better shelf life for the price they are charging. I have since bought a much cheaper alternative which has outlasted it.
