Worst piece of equipment Advertised that it does cut, sure does. Use it 4 times now and it’s cut me to pieces on my tackle every time it’s sure is a waste of money. Over £100 down the drain going back into box it came with. So which id read this reviews before purchasing. Anyone thinking about buying it don’t bother. My braun shaver does a better job and cost half the price. Sure cancelling the quarter fee.

Avoid at all costs I have never gotten my balls cut so much. For a company that advertises that you will get a smooth shave it can not be more far off than the truth, your testicles will get obliterated by this trimmer. Avoid this, trimmer there are much better (and even cheaper) options on the market than this.

I’m writing this poor review not on the… I’m writing this poor review not on the product as I’m yet to receive it but the absolute scam that they charge £10 for next day delivery which isn’t actually next day delivery. It’s been two days since ordering the pro package which set me back £145, I’m going away tomorrow so thought I’d spend the extra £10 to receive it next day. Now this is where they get you, the delivery service is the only part that is next day. In fact it’s 1-3 days before they even hand the package to the delivery company! This isn’t next day delivery!!! If you order from any company that states next day delivery you get it the next day, hell I wouldn’t even mind if it came two days later but the fact that it’s not even been dispatched yet after I’ve paid a premium is a joke and a scam!!!

My charger stopped working so I sent an email at 7pm on a Saturday, not expecting a response until during the week, but received a reply 50 minutes later offering a free replacement which arrived in no time at all. Fantastic product + Great customer service The ball trimmer is great, havent cut myself and has been running well for a long time. I accidentally subscribed to one of the monthly plans, they sent the items and it had been delivered and i said it was an accident and they gave me a refund promptly. Fantastic customer service and great products and will continue to buy manscaped products as long as I am still growing hair.
