Great product I have purchased many items and have been happy with most of them. Only once did they not re-size a ring and said if I sent it back they would do it but I chose not to. I will shop with them again.

BEWARE BEWARE! This online jewelry auction site looks decent enough. However, there are some important things to consider before participating in their auctions. First, there are hidden costs that are not disclosed , which you only see when you are at the checkout. ( Sellers premium etc) Second, aside from an antiquated ticket system, there is no reliable way to communicate with the company if/when you have concerns. Third. Expedited shipping is fake. Fourth. They charge premium shipping, but actually ship the items through uninsured post..good luck if your PKG goes missing. Overall, just save your$$$ and avoid having your financial information stolen and later become the victim of fraudulent activity.
