GBTraveling the website was very easy to do Traveling the website was very easy to do. I did not experience any issues or problems. I have been a Jewelry Room customer for about two years now and review the website almost every day. I like to see what’s new and unusual. I like the “unusual” and discovering a new piece that hasn’t been mass produced. The designers are very creative. I do wish they would offer more than just one or two sizes when it comes to rings. Some of the necklaces and pendants do include the chain, but many don’t. A complete necklace and/or pendant would be well received from their buyers, I know I would most likely buy more of them. I’d like to add that the pictures on the website do NOT do the pieces justice. They are so much prettier and vibrant once you actually see them. Jewelry Room has always been are very open to suggestions and/or comments. When I’ve had an issue, no matter the type, it has always been resolved.

GBI really love Jewelryroom.com I really love Jewelryroom.com. I have had so much fun purchasing jewelry from them. I have multiple purchases thru them and have only had one issue they resolved very quickly...which is more than I can say from some other online sites I've had the displeasure of dealing with. I intent to continue being their customer and hope others have as good an experience as I have had.

CABEWARE BEWARE! This online jewelry auction site looks decent enough. However, there are some important things to consider before participating in their auctions. First, there are hidden costs that are not disclosed , which you only see when you are at the checkout. ( Sellers premium etc) Second, aside from an antiquated ticket system, there is no reliable way to communicate with the company if/when you have concerns. Third. Expedited shipping is fake. Fourth. They charge premium shipping, but actually ship the items through uninsured post..good luck if your PKG goes missing. Overall, just save your$$$ and avoid having your financial information stolen and later become the victim of fraudulent activity.

GBI recieved some damaged rings and… I recieved some damaged rings and reported this to Ed, I am able to return these for a full refund. Ed is always kind and most of the time the jewelry is really nice. I enjoy using this site. Overall I have done alot of business with jewelryroom and plan to continue to do business for years to come.

GBFake Item Advertised as real An item advertised as 18k gold tested as gold plated. I reached out to the company for possible recourse and received no response.
