10/10 I've ordered from Cokodive twice, first in the summer of 2021 (SKZ Noeasy), and more recently (17 and SKZ) and I haven't had problems with either. Since the first was a pre-order it took a while before dispatch, but the most recent purchase was dispatched a business day later, and delivered within a week! Fast free shipping, with no customs charges or extra tax/VAT, Packing was sufficient, and Tracking has been straightforward with frequent updates, including if my package is taking longer than expected. Overall 10/10 and would recommend

It's okay it's just... Their products are legit and their shipping fast. Usually they add an extra photocard as a gift. But remember that you'll have to pay the customs fee and it's NOT included in the price on their website. Your local shipping company will send you an invoice a month later, which I had not expected. So be prepared especially if the stuff you ordered is not cheap.

I've been scammed from this website I've been scammed from this website, at the end of my order they sent me "a special offer" with a bundle of a random photocard of my favorite k-idols and a package of photocard sleeves. Of course the item of value is the photocard, the sleeves are cheap and we don't need that. They didn't send me the photocard with my package, only the sleeves were included, then I contacted the customer service to let them know about the missing item and they replied ridiculously and didn't care about solving the mistake they've done. This is a scam, I hope they do that a lot with this "special offer" to all the customers.

Mishap sorted Edited: I did have a mishap of not receiving inclusions with the photobook i ordered, however they made up for it by sending me other photocards. Their customer aftercare is remarkable, special thanks to Eunjie.

i have been trying for weeks to get… i have been trying for weeks to get them to cancel Order #1607929 and have received no response. this is beyond absurd now. never do business with these re-sellers they take forever to ship -- if they ship at all and their customer service makes weverse look amazing. cokodive is the absolute worst you'd be better off buying from someone on ebay.
