GBi have been trying for weeks to get… i have been trying for weeks to get them to cancel Order #1607929 and have received no response. this is beyond absurd now. never do business with these re-sellers they take forever to ship -- if they ship at all and their customer service makes weverse look amazing. cokodive is the absolute worst you'd be better off buying from someone on ebay.

ITNever order from them again. I preordered Bts' Proof on the 13 of May, fast forward to the 3 of July and the order is yet to even be shipped! I've sent them numerous emails but never got an answer. I've even made the same mistake a few days ago by placing another order of product NOT on preorder. Both order are marked as UNFULFILLED. never buy from them at this point I prefer to order from Weverse and pay the enormous shipping fee!

GBMy order was shipped to a different… My order was shipped to a different address, contacted fedex for them to tell that my tracking label was attached to someone else's package so mine is lost apparently?? For all we know the other person could've kept it...tried cokodive customer serve who are actually no help at all, they don't even reply back. Sent numerous emails, insta- Twitter DM's still nothing!! I'm beyond pissed tbh I don't ever want to order from them again the whole experience has made me lose my trust in them altogether. Don't even want to give one star at this point! Very angry!!
