GBI had been enjoying the wins and… I had been enjoying the wins and letting people know about them. Sadly, those wins, came to a dead stop and none of the people who have joined, because of my excitement, have not won anything. One person told me, that upon checking prior winners lists, they placed more bids than over 50% of the winning auction bids were placed and still never won anything. I do understand her being frustrated. Such as I went from over 10,000 to under 1,000 in one month, trying for a man's watch of any sort and often times ended up being the 1st runner up. It just didn't make sense, how I could be 1st runner up every time, for the same watch.

GBI had previously wrote a negative… I had previously wrote a negative review for dealdash because of an interaction with customer service that left me feeling mistreated. Now I do not feel the negative review was unwarranted but I will say I removed it and now am posting this positive one because customer support reached out to me personally to discuss it to remedy the situation. That's the customer support team that I know and love. Everyone, don't let my last review hinder you from checking out dealdash. Because it's greater than any auction site or any other site like it. The support team is unbeatable at their profession. I know that sounds silly coming from me after the last review but if anything it should show the amount of empathy and compassion that they have. Dealdash, thanks for making me feel like part of the dealdash family!

GBBeen enjoying DealDash for nearly 6 years now! Been enjoying DealDash for nearly 6 years now and it has sure been a lot of fun. Anyone can shop and spend money, but to do it in a fun, challenging, and potentially extremely rewarding way is always a thrill. Win some, lose some, but for me its more about the "hunt." It's shopping, entertainment and gaming all rolled into one! Plus their support team is outstanding, highly responsive, and always on top of taking care of customers. It makes a world of difference to know the team behind the company values their users.

GBI think the best part of DealDash is…a breathe of fresh air. I think the best part of DealDash is their Customer Support staff. Whether you have routine newbie questions and/or specific questions regarding products, auction procedures or charges...they are the best. In an era when you can't even find someone to ASK, they respond quickly, politely, and with an air genuine concern for their customers. If feels good :-)
