CAThere are unfair practices that… There are unfair practices that DealDash ignores. I’m disappointed. I was hopeful when their customer care reached out and said “we take complaints very seriously!” But they didn’t. It was not at all taken seriously and promptly dismissed and excused. Buyer beware.

PSWin or Lose Win or Lose, DealDash offers many opportunities for all level players. What sticks out for me though, is their customer service. It's clear to me this is something that is taken serious with management. Each time I reached out, the level of service I have received has been very impressive.

GBI love using deal dash I love using deal dash, I’ve won wonderful prizes real cheap, they have different sales on bids you can buy, I personally wait till they have the cheapest till I buy them, they have 50% off sales 75% off sales even 90% off sales I love these sales the best! GBI had previously wrote a negative… I had previously wrote a negative review for dealdash because of an interaction with customer service that left me feeling mistreated. Now I do not feel the negative review was unwarranted but I will say I removed it and now am posting this positive one because customer support reached out to me personally to discuss it to remedy the situation. That's the customer support team that I know and love. Everyone, don't let my last review hinder you from checking out dealdash. Because it's greater than any auction site or any other site like it. The support team is unbeatable at their profession. I know that sounds silly coming from me after the last review but if anything it should show the amount of empathy and compassion that they have. Dealdash, thanks for making me feel like part of the dealdash family!

GBI think the best part of DealDash is…a breathe of fresh air. I think the best part of DealDash is their Customer Support staff. Whether you have routine newbie questions and/or specific questions regarding products, auction procedures or charges...they are the best. In an era when you can't even find someone to ASK, they respond quickly, politely, and with an air genuine concern for their customers. If feels good :-)
