Brakes were faulty Brakes were faulty Suspension coil osf broken Issues with exhaust heat plates rattling. Brake pads low warning and electronic handbrake urgent attention. Real tailgate doesn't close fully as well as front bonnet very hard to close smoothly. Waiting for car inspection

Very very Poor after sales care Very very Poor after sales care, all they want is your money, lots of con artist that work in that place. When i first purchased the vehicle. No fuel, whats so ever enough to get to the fuel station, tyre pressure was low in the afternoon ( had a nail on the tyre), portable charger wasnt working, windscreen had a chip and they could not even help due to company policy. They had excuses after excuse after excuses, dont bother going to Newport CarGurus.

I have almost nothing but good things… I have almost nothing but good things to say about this site, CarGurus. I was able to fix almost exactly which features I want in my ‘new’ car right down to the goodies inside and the colour outermost! A very useful, clever and helpful set of options. The people handling this site have been particularly helpful so far too, being very open and resourceful where needed, and keeping me up to date with my chosen and potential buys. All sites should be this good! The only real adverse criticism I have if any is to be considered is that their contact messages and emails have so far been a little TOO frequent, but they do incorporate new and have removed the purchased vehicles at each occasion.
