Very very Poor after sales care Very very Poor after sales care, all they want is your money, lots of con artist that work in that place. When i first purchased the vehicle. No fuel, whats so ever enough to get to the fuel station, tyre pressure was low in the afternoon ( had a nail on the tyre), portable charger wasnt working, windscreen had a chip and they could not even help due to company policy. They had excuses after excuse after excuses, dont bother going to Newport CarGurus.

From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent. I found Kevin and Nicola professional and efficient up to the point of collecting the vehicle and superb after sales service, following on from that. CarGurus is an excellent App CarGurus have been so helpful in guiding me regarding pricing,age and mileage on vehicles. New listings come through everyday, so you are kept uptodate if there are any changes in price or if a particular vehicle has been sold. The only negative I can mention, is when you are scolling through the pages of cars, you select one and when you come off it, takes you right to the beginning of the listings again.
