GBReturn Policy Return Policy I needed to return an item. Unfortunately, I was unable to complete the process after trying twice. I reached out again and the 15 day return had lapsed and was enforced. I think 15 days is not nearly long enough. The item was a gift and many circumstances beyond my and the recipient's control prevented the return within 15 days. The customer service representative offered no other options, just instructed me to read the policy again. Definitely will not be ordering from this company again.
