Great customer service for item ordered in error My son ordered an item in error -- wrong size and the correct size was not available. When I called customer service the same day to cancel the order I was told the voice mail was not set up, which made me suspicious, so I sent an email. I got a call back within hours from Krish at Topsymart, who not only assured me the order could be cancelled from the seller (Topsymart is an intermediary), but called to confirm the next day that it was canceled and my money refunded, then offered to give me 10-20% off any other item I might order from the site. What great customer service and just a nice guy! I would not hesitate to order from Topsymart again!
