Originally when I ordered I was issued the wrong tracking number bit once I brought it up with them on their help page they issued the right one within hours despite the timezone differences.

GBFace mask order to the UK Ordered some KF94 facemasks that you cannot find here in the UK. Received my order after two weeks. Order was complete and included free face masks that i was told i would get. Overall, I am very happy with my experience dealing with this South Korean company.

DEVery good shop! They did take a few days to pack and to send, but I think it's totally fine. The items were securly packed - I ordered eyeshadow and was afraid it might break, they give lots of freebies which I was surprised by (I got a mini sunscreen, a lip tint and some serum samples + a free ffp2 mask). Shipping is quite expensive, but that's kind of implied when you have items sent from Korea. So I already knew it would be expensive. You can choose cheaper options, but I chose Fedex Express which was more expensive. But everything worked well. Keep in mind you have to pay customs too though! So all in all I had a pleasent experience and I will definetely order again, since the range of products is really nice!

TRAmazing customer service! Read why.. This is an amazing store! Why? 1) They find the item with the lowest price and buy it for you. 99% of the goods are always in stock, if the goods need to be purchased specifically for you, there is a special mark that warns you about this. 2) They have an amazing customer service. I ordered goods to Turkey, but I did not know that cosmetics cannot be imported to Turkey. As a result, the TesterKorea store helped with the return of the goods back to Korea and sent it to my friends in another country. What store would do that for a customer? Nobody! Those people who complain that the goods were sent to them for a long time apparently do not understand the symbols on the site and ordered something rare. They could easily refuse a rare position in the order. I liked the store very much, I recommend!
