MXlocker is a joke MXlocker is a joke. Loved the site until i had an issues with an order. Ordered and exhaust, buyer said he couldn’t fulfill the order, i reached out to support to cancel the order. Got a quick reply saying they would contact the seller and let me know. Next thing i know a package shows up at my door. I ask the seller what he sent and he said a different item. I asked why he would send that. He said because his account was going to get suspend if he didn’t send something. He claimed the support never contacted him. I reached back out to support. They said there’s nothing they can do. I accepted the terms to bidding on an item and they can’t cancel it. Poor customer support. Was planning on bringing my few hundred eBay listings over but after this i think I’ll stick with eBay! EBAY FOR THE WIN. MX LOCKER FOR THE TRASH CAN!!!!

GREAT platform GREAT platform. Always used eBay & Facebook marketplace for gear / anytime I wanted to buy or sell a bike, but always had issues. No issues here. Been riding for 15+ years, and can say I will for sure be sticking to MxLocker from here on out.

The parts were exactly what I needed and were shipped quickly. The seller was also very responsive and helpful when I had a question about installing an item on my bike.
