GBMX Locker, a blueprint for online marketplaces *I have been using this app since the spring of 2022.* I have bought and sold a little over $10,000 worth of products through the app so far, and my experience has been phenomenal. From the app's UI to the variety of products to the outstanding customer service, this really is the best online marketplace that I have interfaced with (second only to Amazon imo). Support tickets are addressed almost immediately for even the most minor of requests, which gives me great confidence in all of my transactions through the app. Highly recommend for both buyers and sellers of new and pre-owned products. I am looking forward to these guys launching similar apps for different markets. Can't wait🤘🏻 A++

GBMy go to store for all my motocross. … My go to store for all my motocross needs. I always wanted a pair of tech 10s but the price was too high for me to obtain a pair. Thanks to the brilliant platform, MX Locker, I was able to get a pair for less than half of MSRP! I definitely will be shopping again and selling some of my old gear on this seamless platform. Simple and easy!! Highly recommend.

GBMxLocker’s terrible customer service MxLocker’s customer service is terrible. It’s like the representative is just reading from a script and copy pasting terms/policies. I placed an order and website said the seller had 3 days to ship. Several days went by without shipment update and seller wouldn’t respond. Mxlocker was a royal pain to deal with and had zero CS skills what so ever. Like talking to AI/robot. Which is infuriating on top of an already irritating situation. A simple “hey we’re sorry for your inconvenience” goes a LONG way in terms of diffusing a situation. Instead it was like I was talking to a tree.
