We are happy with our order creatbot f430 which ships on same day and delivered within 2 days. We thought an usual ship from China thing but they shipped this item locally from CA warehouse. Phew! Creality Ender 5 3d printer 4 stars for quick efficient delivery of Printer. 1 star deducted for failing to manage short ship item, It was left to me to chase! One add-on (glass bed) short shipped by Creality. 3dpriners online organised replacement to be shipped from Creality China. However parcel went missing, no tracking available, It was delivered in UK on 26th June, Shipped from China on 16th May.
