False promises - do not waste time with them! Ordered printer kit and was promised by zanderluke that it would ship in 3-5 days. No response after a week and after repeated requests for info ida said they are waiting for parts, if I could accept low quality parts instead. They have apparently declined to cancel and refund so I need to file a chargeback.

Initially skeptical about products originality but they have tied up with direct supplier, so received 100% original item. It could have been better if they include printed parts as well.
