GBI placed the order on March 25 and… I placed the order on March 25 and there is no update since then even though the transaction has already been posted to my credit card. There is no shipping information, the order still just shows being received for more than a week.

GBI returned a pair of shoes and they… I returned a pair of shoes and they never processed my return. They never responded to any of my emails.Their "live chat" does not work and there's no phone number for customer service. Terrible!!
