Unethical, Dishonest and Fraudulent I would give these suckers negative stars if there was such a thing. 1) they overcharged me 2) it was one of my wife's Christmas gifts and it smelled like nothing but smoke when we tried it out even though they claim to use 100% all natural ingredients that create a fruity aroma 3) granted, i ordered SLIGHTLY 2 months before Cmas, which did put me outside the time frame of their return policy, but i emailed them ASAP for a refund (only a day or 2 late) and they refused. Theyre a bunch of gypsy crooks and yall need to steer clear.

Product not delivered I did not receive a product, so I called the company Looney Launcher. I was assisted by a lovely woman named “Lois”. She helped settle the issue, to my satisfaction. I believe Looney Launchers hire very courteous kind yet profession employees.

Beneficial for mental health The waterfall has cute design. It includes scented cones, which I absolutely liked and truly enjoyed! The fragrances fill our room with a pleasant aroma. This aromatic experience makes me relax and calm which helps me focus on work. By using the aroma of the lightning cone, I can reduce my stress. This product is worth buying and beneficial to mental health.

I was just looking at the product and… I was just looking at the product and accidentally ordered the invents waterfall. I immediately sent out an email. The email gave me options of returning the item once I received it or keeping it and they would give me more cones! So I decided to keep it. I totally love the inscents waterfall, it is awesome during meditation or listening to music calming to watch.

I went straight on their website and… I went straight on their website and ordered seven of these for Christmas ordered them on 12/28 of last year they shipped them 12/12 of last year I still have not received them I ordered seven of them if you go on their website and order these you will not receive them when you will not get a refund do not do it. They still don't know where mine's at.
