Product not delivered I did not receive a product, so I called the company Looney Launcher. I was assisted by a lovely woman named “Lois”. She helped settle the issue, to my satisfaction. I believe Looney Launchers hire very courteous kind yet profession employees.

Unethical, Dishonest and Fraudulent I would give these suckers negative stars if there was such a thing. 1) they overcharged me 2) it was one of my wife's Christmas gifts and it smelled like nothing but smoke when we tried it out even though they claim to use 100% all natural ingredients that create a fruity aroma 3) granted, i ordered SLIGHTLY 2 months before Cmas, which did put me outside the time frame of their return policy, but i emailed them ASAP for a refund (only a day or 2 late) and they refused. Theyre a bunch of gypsy crooks and yall need to steer clear.

When I contacted Inscents Waterfall to initiate a return, they blocked me! Very poor customer service despite the easy return policy they advertise.

I was some cones short in my first order and contacted them and they were very accommodating and replaced with no questions asked. so, with that I ordered a 2nd order. I'm very happy with both orders and would recommend ordering from them.
