NOT WORTH IT...they have my money and I have NO retainers We received the impression kit and made two sets of each after watching the video (I have made impressions for other services and this one is the most error prone and finicky I've even done!). They make you take photos of the impressions for them to OK before sending. After they said they didn't think they were going to work, I asked for another impression kit so we could make more since that's what they said they needed. Its been almost a month since I asked for the kit and still it has not been sent. You pay up front so...they have my money ($170), and I don't have retainers, and I have no recourse. Ive contacted them over 5 times now asking for an update and have gotten the run around every time (all via email...its slow and not the most direct route to communicate!). Its taken way too long and required too much follow up to be worth it. I have asked to cancel and get a refund but no response both times. I should have just gone to my dentist and saved myself the hassle.

Lousy customer service Lousy customer service. They literally DO NOT RESPOND any emails.They charged wrong amount and there is no way to contact them. I am very disappointed since the product itself is ok and I would continue use it, but now I better cancel the subscription. UPDATE: They finally responded and made a refund. Customer service should be improved, overall good experience.

Good experience The mouthguard fits great and is cheaper alternative to the ones you can get from the dentist. The company was transparent that it can take a while for the molds to be made, and I did not find the wait to be that long. They also sent me additional materials for free because I messed up the first attempt.

I honestly haven't received any… I honestly haven't received any retainers in the past year+ I honestly didn't know ya'll were still charging me! Please send two top mouth retainers and an impression kit for free. I have been using dentist provided retainers since I got a permanent dental bridge on my bottom jaw 2years ago or more. I will get an exact date from my dentist on when I got that work done and forward you a copy so you can properly refund me for items not receiving or used. I do really like your company and I think you offer a good product I have had no work done to the top of my teeth so I would be so happy to get retainers for that because the ones from the dentist aren't looking so great and I would love to get a new impression kit as well as a refund when I can provide you with the information as to when I got the work done because I haven't recieved a single shipment from your company since then, and maybe before I know since then at the very least.
