First time ordering…. This was my first time ordering and I browsed pretty much the entire site. They have a great selection and I love that it’s tailored towards athletes. I bought some stuff to see how the shipping time is, quality, etc. The checkout process was simple and painless. All-in-all, great experience so far.

Lots of Options - Finally! Lots of Options, Finally! I forgot how great Pole Active is because they bring all my favorite pole brands into the same space, so I don't have to try to search online or Instagram for new pole wear ideas.

Never received item or response from customer service. I ordered a twisted movement piece from this website for an event. It wasn't shipped out in time for the event. When I originally reached out for a shipping update, I got no response. When I asked for a refund a week later, I got an immediate response about how these items were non-refundable. Almost a month later, my purchase still hasn't been shipped. Nor can I get anyone to respond to my inquires about my order.

Everything was fabulous!!! Everything fit true to size and was great quality! Packaging was also fantastic and super cute!! The garments were received individually packaged, clean and very quickly! I am very happy with my purchases and ready to put them on and jump into my pole classes with confidence and style!

Pleasantly Surprised The website had very obvious messaging that orders would take a minimum of 30 days to arrive. I appreciate having a warning like that ahead of time so that I know what to expect. Other retailers tend to bury that kind of info. In any case, my shoes shipped very quickly and arrived about a week after I bought them! Great surprise! They arrived very well packaged, not a scratch on them. Will definitely buy from here again.
