Birthday Points! I buy all of my pole wear from Pole Active - it's definitely worth signing up for the rewards program, too. I've had my eye on these cute leggings for awhile and treated myself with the birthday points I was given!

Everything was fabulous!!! Everything fit true to size and was great quality! Packaging was also fantastic and super cute!! The garments were received individually packaged, clean and very quickly! I am very happy with my purchases and ready to put them on and jump into my pole classes with confidence and style!

It was easy to shop on pole active and… It was easy to shop on pole active and the chat bot was helpful in giving me sizing charts for brands that don't display them. It might be helpful for pole active to ensure that sizing charts are displayed for all their products, as different brands have different size measurements.

Never received item or response from customer service. I ordered a twisted movement piece from this website for an event. It wasn't shipped out in time for the event. When I originally reached out for a shipping update, I got no response. When I asked for a refund a week later, I got an immediate response about how these items were non-refundable. Almost a month later, my purchase still hasn't been shipped. Nor can I get anyone to respond to my inquires about my order.
