NLAwful online customer service. Awful customer service.. Bought an item online, after 2 weeks it had not been dispatched.. contacted them and was told its on out way and given a trace code, and told will be with me in 3 days. A week later, still nothing, again lots of excuses. Tried to call, no luck. explained this is a gift, and i don't mind waiting if i know it will come.. told oh yes its on its way.. then refund out of the blue, sorry we don't have the item in stock.. and now they do not care about reaching a conclusion of there mistakes.

GBcancelled order without informing me I made an order at Mango and requested my delivery to be done at the local ParcelShop. The delivery was delayed several days and at some point I received an email saying that they apologise for the delay. After this I checked on my Mango account and I saw that the order was cancelled without letting me know.

GBStill waiting I ordered from mango for the first time on Monday the 4th of march hoping the jeans I wanted would arrive by the Thursday to wear on a weekend trip. Unfortunately I didn't even get a shipping notification until the Friday. As I was away for the weekend I immediately used the Evri tracking link to deliver to a parcelshop location rather than mt flat. After a few days I got an email saying there had been an issue and my order would be delayed. It has been several days with no update. It's been 2 weeks since I've placed my order and I have no idea if or when it will arrive. I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. Never again.

GBAwful experience Awful experience. I requested for the goods to be delivered to the shop as it states a 3-5 delivery and i needed the stuff for an event. Goods after 7 days still haven't been received and with no delivery date in site. The store is unhelpful, the customer service online chat is even worse with some of the rudest and most deliberately unhelpful agents I've ever spoken to. Not to mention argumentative. Can't cancel as good aren't delivered but haven't left the warehouse, but also unable to now get to that store so stuck out of pocket with no goods. unacceptable in my option. Delays happen that i can accept that but lack of communication is not helpful, nor acceptable for a company of this size.
