GBScammed ??? Placed an order November 30th, it is now December 27,22, and I have just received my order plus additional hats. Hats are made in Asia good quality and value for the money. Not a scam after all.

GBScam!!!Fraudulent website illegally advertising product they don’t actually sell. Scam. This company is falsely and illegally advertising for products they do not send. Purchased what was advertised as a Stetson hat made in America, and received a cotton/polyester costume hat with a large sticker in it saying made in China. Their site needs to be shut down for fraud. Have reached out requesting refund but have not heard back yet and skeptical that I will hear anything back.

GBThese people are scam artists These people are scam artists. Didn't have the product I ordered in stock, promised a refund, and never provided it, instead shipping the wrong item days after promising a refund. I have been in dispute hell with them ever since, while they claim to be processing a refund, which is a blatant lie. Finally got some honesty from someone today that basically said "if you're right, the dispute will work out in your favor", not "sorry, I'll get that refund handled for you" like the previous line of bull they were selling. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.

GBDO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. Total SCAM fake company stealing money for false product. Purchased what I thought would be an American Made Stetson style hat, received an awful cheap party hat with plastic trims. Absolutely shocking. They need to be shut down immediately.

GBThe hat they sent me is nothing like… The hat they sent me is nothing like the one pictured on the website. I have emailed them to ask how I send it back for a refund but not had a response after 3 days. The website says "Satisfaction Guarantee We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you buy from us. If for ANY reason you are not satisfied with your purchases, We offer an iron-clad, money-back guarantee. We have a 24/7/365 ticket and email support. Please contact us if you need any assistance." I will update this if they get back to me and will change it to a better rating if they resolve the issue.
