GBDisappointed Not impressed with how long it's taken to get my blanket. I haven't gotten it yet and it's been over a month since I ordered it. I contacted support and they only told me what I already knew. It's been sitting in a warehouse waiting for a label for over 2 weeks. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my fiance and I haven't been able to give it to him yet.

AUI love everything about this business... I love everything about this business I have purchased hoodies, three blankets and every time I’m blown away with how they capture my babies. I even used this business for a blanket I had made for my boyfriend who’s cat passed away and when he got this gift it was so special to him he was speechless. GBImpossible to Contact Barkly is impossible to contact. We have been waiting for our order for over a month now, and the blanket we ordered still has not been created or processed. I've sent them message after message without any response. Hoping a bad review will finally get their attention so I can find out why nothing has been done yet. We won't be ordering from Barkly again. Waste of time and money.

NZMostly happy Artwork was pretty good, I sent extra pictures through so the artist could include more detail however these aspects were not incorporated. I’m still happy with the final product though.

AULack of communication... Can’t really review the product as i still have not received it after ordering on the 26th of Feb. Customer service has been absolutely terrible, instead of them getting in contact with their customer and providing updates with the changing situation. you have to reach out after the shipping period is long over for them to tell you another 25 days. I would not be so disappointed if they had reached out to advise in the extended time in delivery, instead of leaving their customers in the dark.
