GBDisappointed Not impressed with how long it's taken to get my blanket. I haven't gotten it yet and it's been over a month since I ordered it. I contacted support and they only told me what I already knew. It's been sitting in a warehouse waiting for a label for over 2 weeks. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my fiance and I haven't been able to give it to him yet.

GBBad customer service. My boyfriends mom ordered a blanket from here, and it came out awful. She emailed asking if she could return it and send a different photograph.. and they emailed her back saying no. Wouldn’t refund it would replace it. So now she’s stuck with this blanket she hates because it looks awful.

AUImpossible to contact Very unhappy that I cannot get into contact with anyone! In less than a month they seem to have magically disappear, but happily took our money and didn't send the full order! All we are asking is for our order to be chased up and someone to reply!

GBImpossible to Contact Barkly is impossible to contact. We have been waiting for our order for over a month now, and the blanket we ordered still has not been created or processed. I've sent them message after message without any response. Hoping a bad review will finally get their attention so I can find out why nothing has been done yet. We won't be ordering from Barkly again. Waste of time and money.
