GBBest Customer Service!!! I always order Girl Scout event patches from Patch Superstore because they always get it right. No matter how many times I ask for a design or color change, they are happy to help me. Bill is the best!! Today was my deadline to order and I know it was after closing time but he stayed on the phone with me making color changes until we got the patch just right! Thanks a million, Bill!!!

GBGreat patch. Fantastic product. The patches are as I envisioned it. The customer service and quality of the product was outstanding. Shipping was very timely. The patches are so beautiful that I have begun given them as gift to my students and not just wearing them when i teach. I would definitely have recommended the company and will gladly reorder again and again from them.

GBGreat patch supplier!! Great patch supplier!!! After reading some of the negative reviews I was a bit nervous to order with them. Once I spoke to the salesperson everything went smooth. Listen to sales when they have recommendations for your design. Being new to this type of production they really made it easy and with the recommendations as these look better then I would have imagined. Shipping was also very quick with overnight delivery with FedEx the total order took 11 days.

GBTerrible customer service I initially ordered from Patch Superstore because the customer service was prompt at the beginning. Once I placed the order though, the service and information has evaporated. My order has disappeared with absolutely no updates or information. I've left voicemails, emails and had direct conversations a representative but can't get any firm details as to what the status of my order is. Weeks have gone by with no information except that the factory might have more information and that maybe a manager might know more. It's well past the 7 - 10 days they tout on their site. I'm disappointed that putting them on a public forum like this is necessary but I do this in the hopes that an actual manager with some 100% accurate information actually takes action to remedy the situation. Update 03/23/17: Many thanks to Bill for the very prompt responses. I'm looking forward to talking to you offline to get this all sorted out.
