Terrible products, terrible customer service. Terrible products, even worse customer service. After months of them telling me it was user error that their products did not apply correctly, they eventually told me that it was the products themselves and I was stuck with patches that were terrible. Do not purchase from them, there are plenty of other places who will do a MUCH better job and for a cheaper price. Update: They reported my review for vulgar language and deleted my reviews off of their Facebook page. Their response was that they offered me multiple options all of which I refused, however, the only option they offered was for me to purchase more patches from them. Shows the true colors of this company and have since been contacted by multiple people who have had similar experiences with this company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM Patchsuperstore.com

Good customer service UPDATE: The company contacted me after reading this review. The issue has been resolved. The Patch Superstore replaced all the patches that had an issue with a few days after contacting me. The new patches meet my high standards for quality. Based on the phone conversation and their response I can now recommend their services. Note if you have an issue don't rely solely on email it may make it into the spam folder and never be seen. Call and speak to a company representative to make sure they're aware of any issues. I've changed my 2 star rating to 5. Received my patches today Received my patches today. What we received was not close to what we had requested. Even if they had been the right size the stitching was horrible. Absolutely no attempt with customer service to even try to resolve the matter. Definitely won't be ordering again. As far as your reply to this you lied. It was definitely not the size we ask for nor were we offered any thing from you to make this right. As stated we have the patches from another company with no problems what so ever.
