FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD I had ordered a sunglasses worth $30 on September 22nd. I still havenot recieved it yet on this day of October 23. They DO NOT give a tiny rat's ass about numbers of emails. Forget the refund or updates. I am tracking the package and it says it is in Sanghai. I would not recommend any purchases this website! I can provide with screenshots of the trasanctions if anyone is Interested.

Complete BS Complete BS. Of course you can speak to an actual person via phone, no..just chat. Still haven’t received my order and it’s still just sitting in “confirmed land” I WILL never recommend using them for anything. Too bad the pocket watches look good, probably will never see mine, oh and you also can’t cancel your order after 24hrs..so be weary or smart and just don’t buy from them at all.

Be warned!! I ordered an Acsot 10 weeks ago. I received the confirmation and that's it. No sign of the item I ordered and they won't respond to any type of communication. I chatted online with one of their associates who promised to get me answers right away. Still nothing. Be prepared to throw your money away with these folks. I'm disgusted with their business practices.

SCAM ALERT Update: note below that it took almost a YEAR for this "company" to respond! Ugh. Original review stands. Run, don't walk, away from this scam of a company! I ordered a watch a week ago, was told it would process in 1-3 days, and 7 days later all the bot chat will tell me is that is it "confirmed", despite numerous attempts to cancel the order since now it won't arrive in time for a birthday gift. I am disputing the charge through my bank as a fraudulent company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!
