Zappos I trust more than Trust Pilot I have serious questions about trust pilot itself. While they have been spot on about sites that are trash, they also seem to trash great sites that may have some outliers. Zappos has been the best online retailer I have worked with. As an extra layer of protection, I order through Amazon. I know the size Hokas I need and they arrive with free shipping in 2 days. No hassle. I cant speak to the customer service as I have had no issues/ no returns. Also,no multiple credit authos money grabs like Legendary Whitetails-because THEY are backlogged and charge me repeatedly illegally- causing me to cancel my credit card! Revising my initial review- I stand by my review but I do not dispute the experience of others. Hope that if Zsppos sees my review, they live up to it.

This company is horrible. This company is horrible. I ordered two different shoes at two different times and they have not been able to deliver them!! Can't do it. Can't them to the post office, can't get them shipped. NO problem taking my money though!!! VERY frustrated. Customer service for the most part was sub par, even though I got one refund on the shoes that "weren't able to be delivered." This is over three weeks of hassle, almost $200, and NO SHOES!!!!!!!!!!! Do not order from this company. Clearly I wish I had read these reviews on Trustpilot before. I mean, seriously, how hard is this???

Support Zappos doesn't solve the problem I am a long-time Zappos customer and have purchased a lot of clothing and shoes from them and have never had a problem with this store. But recently I noticed that the delivery times do not correspond to the information stated during checkout. The delivery date also changes at the time of order. Lately, the customer support service has not been solving problems at all! I sent reviews about my orders, but I was never credited with VIP points, even though I am a VIP customer. I contacted the support chat, the operator promised to manually credit me with a $2 bonus. The next day I discovered that the operator had converted 200 VIP points from my account into $2. That is, my account had 895 points, but it became 695 points + $2 bonus, although it should have been 895 points + $2 bonus. I contacted support again and during the conversation the operator simply ended the dialogue by closing the window, without solving my problem. This went on several times. I am very upset by this attitude and I think I will no longer shop at this store.

Ordered a Helly Hansen Jacket from… Ordered a Helly Hansen Jacket from Zappos. Received a Sweatshirt instead in poor packaging. Contacting them they expected me to provide new packaging for return etc. Not to mention its my time to fix their error. Gave ZAPPOS a chance, mistake I made, will not happen again. ZAPPOS - never shop there! They do not care about customers and they do not live up to the mistakes they make. BAD BUSINESS!

Agree Zappos Is Not the Same It used to be that Zappos offered overnight shipping. The last time I ordered, they could not manage this. Customer service was quite poor on a phone call at the holiday season. I needed a new QR code so I could drop the shoes off at a Whole Foods store. The one I'd received by email wasn't readable. The person helping me on the phone had no idea how to communicate. When I went to Whole Foods to drop the return with the QR code I was sent, I was informed it was a code for a return at a UPS store. At UPS, I was unable to make the return without a shipping box. I was in a hurry and had to pay them to do it. What a pain in the neck.
