DECustomer service is bad The product itself is fine, at least of what I saw when it arrived. The size was not what I expected and after contacting customer service for a return address, first they offered me 20$ discount for keeping it. I replied that I would prefer sending it back and I never got an answer.

IEextremely noisy wheels decent looks, but definitely worst in class for the trolley's wheels. Advertised as smooth and quiet, they are extremely noisy on all surfaces, it's a cheap production. Travelling a lot, the deafening sound of the wheels of a small trolley make it impossible to use. Would recommend different brand if you're a frequent traveller.

DEunacceptable quality issues Shipping took quite a long time at first. In general, the backpack "Atlas" looks quite good. However, this was defective, and immediately in three places, with not properly sewn zippers. I complained about the issues and they said, I should send photos. No sooner said than done. After the photos of a hole at the bottom were made, in addition to the front two pockets, where the zipper opens, they do not offer an exchange or refund, but says "We would like to know since it won't affect the using, can we compensate and offer a partial refund of $25 instead?" For a new backpack worth 129 EUR and a promised "lifetime" warranty, quite questionable. (Order No. 21552)

ESNever received the product. I wish I could review the product, but sadly can only speak to the lack of customer service or meeting its advertised timeframe for shipping. The ordering process was simple and with the overwhelmingly positive reviews online linked from Amazon, it seemed like a worthwhile experiment. I waited one week before contacting the company about missing the advertised shipping window and was initially told the logistics company had not provided level8 with the correct information. This answer seemed suspect at best. Later that day I received an e-mail stating that because of the region the product was ordered in there would be delays, and a subsequent e-mail saying there would be more information within 24-48hrs (which was not accurate) The product was ordered in Spain and specifically said "in stock for delivery to EU / UK". Now 10 days have passed and I've asked to cancel the order and await a reply. The e-mails received so far feel like half form-letter and half translation app. Different parts of the messages feature different phrasing, typeface, and color. Despite the claim on the company's website that "LEVEL8 is an NYC-born brand for luggage and bag" A look at the New York State business directory lists Level 8 Group Corp as a foreign business. If you get away from the Amazon reviews, you discover more experiences similar to mine.

ATOne of the highest quality of products One of the highest quality of products. Even I had a damage issue with my ordered luggage, the customer service was reacted immediately and did amazing action and support, in order to maintenance my satisfaction. Only this brand is our friend when we are traveling. The luggages are very light and nice quality, colors, material. Thank you for everything so far.
