Used to be great I ordered masks from them last year and was great. My gf did as well and it was amazing. I ordered masks in July 27th still haven’t received anything. This is especially frustrating since it said they were in stock. I paid for two day shipping and I’m still here without any masks. Truly frustrating customer service but no notification or follow up regarding delays considering product was “in stock”….

please email me back. Masks came fairly quickly (compared to other reviews on here), but COVID vaccine protectors are at standstill. Don’t need them now, as I purchased them in July in anticipation to a trip we are taking next week. They won’t cancel the order or refund, even though it hasn’t shipped. The website said and still says that they will ship within 1-3 business days. It’s been 20 business days. Just update your website accordingly so you stop scamming people. Also - if you are copying and pasting your canned reply, don’t bother…just email me back.

Save your time and just report them as fraudulent to you credit card company! Ordered masks on 8/9, product page said masks were "in stock" and ships in 5-7 days. After trying to reach out to support a few days later they said they reserved the right for it to be 10-15 business days. I'm at a loss, and will be reporting them to my credit card vendor as fraudulent Friday morning. For those also at a loss for what to do, their CEO appears to be very focused on being a speaker at a high profile tech conference called SXSW. Feel free to google "Umaimah Mendhro Panel Picker" and down vote her panel's selection to send a message that her company has been anything but "RESILIENT". Oh, and BTW, IF Vida responds to this it will be a pasted message that basically says all the same things under every other comment here.

I purchased KN95 masks from Vida but received M95c masks. This was not disclosed during the ordering process. I expected KN95 masks that are approved by a trusted source, not this substitute.
