Best service ever! I ordered a bag of dog food that is really hard to find. I received it quickly but unfortunately my dog passed away the day the food arrived. I sent an email inquiring if the food could be returned because it was nearly $100 for 10lbs and it had not been open. The company responded promptly with a free return label for my dog food. Waterproof collar light - works great! We ordered another waterproof light for our dogs collar. We've tried 3 other brands from other sites and they are not waterproof. The one we got from Koa's House is great and the collar light works great, even under water. It arrived quickly and was well packaged.

Deserving of 5 stars To be honest, it nice to deal with a company that is 100 percent genuine. The treats that I have fed the dogs are very low in ingredients and they both love them. I will go on Koa's House first, prior to other dog website stores, to compare prices, adding in free shipping if offered as a plus.
