GBBUY ELSEWHERE Ive spent over $1000 dollars on this company. They screwed me- a long time customer. I spent $200 dollars on clothes during a 50% sale. They charged me full price. It should have been 100 not including shipping. The sales representative was rude and basically told me to deal with it because they could not give me a partial refund even though i had documentation. Its fine because I will never shop at GoJane again!!!!

GBRightful Return Requested I love the selection and prices at GoJane. On this recent order, I was ecstatic to receive my purchase, however there was slight damage to my shoe. As for the return process, I’m somewhat taken aback by the process and have not experienced the complication of waiting to hear back from customer service before sending my shoes back. I’ve never had problems with returns from Nordstrom, Macy’s, DSW etc. In addiction, it was hard to reach customer service via phone, but I appreciate the email option.

DKCustomer service is so so bad Customer service is so so bad, they do not really help you, It does not seem like they try to help you / or want to help you. If you ask them a question, then they respond in a very confusing way. They don't fully give you an answer you can actually use. I have waited SO long for my dilevery and still it hasn't arrived. Gojane's customer service doesn't help me find out with Post Office my package is being held at, nor give me any information where I can check it...

GBI appreciate them getting back to me … I appreciate them getting back to me regarding a comment that I made thinking it would just get lost in the pile . I love the clothing options and the savings , so getting a little insight from the company about something i wasn't too educated AND being nice about it , on definitely improved my views on them overall. I've been shopping with them for a while and will continue to do so .

GBIf this company hadn't blocked me If this company hadn't blocked me, I still wouldn't have given them my ongoing patronage. I used to shop from them for years until I had a negative experience with an item. The problems I incurred with their customer service led to my contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge - and they lied to the company. I had the documentation to prove otherwise. Don't know if it's under the same ownership/management as this occurred several years ago, but I was so turned off, I'd never give them my business again.
