GBI used to love GoJane I used to love GoJane. They’ve always carried trendy fashion but there are just too many cons now. First, the shoes seem more narrow now so you definitely need a size larger than you wear, if you have wide feet. Second, the “sales” are a rip off in my opinion. They used to be reasonably priced but now it seems like they do what a lot of other companies do; jack up the price of the item and then say it’s 50% off which is really the price it should be. Third and final, the shipping is ridiculous and again you can only get free shipping or your items at the “sale” price.

GBI Never received a confirmation email… I Never received a confirmation email after placing my order. I ordered often years ago and never had this problem. I purchased a pair of cute boots a week ago and I can’t get in touch with customer service to save my life. I’ll just end up disputing the charge. Definitely not the same Gojane. Zero stars zero customer service and zero dollars from me . Toodles lol

GBRightful Return Requested I love the selection and prices at GoJane. On this recent order, I was ecstatic to receive my purchase, however there was slight damage to my shoe. As for the return process, I’m somewhat taken aback by the process and have not experienced the complication of waiting to hear back from customer service before sending my shoes back. I’ve never had problems with returns from Nordstrom, Macy’s, DSW etc. In addiction, it was hard to reach customer service via phone, but I appreciate the email option.

GBI love my New Boots and I always … I love my New Boots and I always receive my product on time . I ordered from Gojane and another company on the same day and Gojane got to me on time the other company hasn't even shipped my product so thank you for making my shopping easy wish othwrs was like yours 😀😀😀😀👍👍👍👍

GBIf this company hadn't blocked me If this company hadn't blocked me, I still wouldn't have given them my ongoing patronage. I used to shop from them for years until I had a negative experience with an item. The problems I incurred with their customer service led to my contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge - and they lied to the company. I had the documentation to prove otherwise. Don't know if it's under the same ownership/management as this occurred several years ago, but I was so turned off, I'd never give them my business again.
