Worth the Wait Although it took a somewhat long time to get my bag, I must say it was worth the wait. I got the Rover 17 inch laptop bag. I live in a very rainy area and have to carry a lot of electronics with me to school, but with the excellent waterproofing materials that the bag is made of, all of my electronics are now safe and dry.

The product is what is great but I have… The product is what is great but I have to say not knowing when it was being shipped and then not hearing from any customer service rep was a little disconcerting!!

SCAM, FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY Even it is written at shipment details as; "if order placed on sunday, will be shipped on tuesday with express shipment" I already picked Express Shipment. One week passed already but still there is no progress about my shipment. (I placed the order on September 17, today is September 23) I have sent two emails about to cancel my order and request refund the cost due to shipment delay, but they did not respond yet. There is not any progress about shipment and refund the cost. Soo I will consult to my lawyer about refund. This place is scam.

Really good quality backpack! I’ve ordered the Voyager business backpack for my husband and it really exceeded my expectations! The quality is really good and it looks great with business attire and fits a tun. A perfect alternative to a laptop briefcase which caused him so much back pain.

Terrible Experience - Do Not Order Here Under Any Circumstances! I placed an order with expedited shipping on November 27th. The website clearly stated that delivery would take 3-6 business days. It has been 17 days, and my order still hasn't arrived. Unfortunately, I had to leave for another country, and they refuse to refund my money. The customer support team takes five days to respond, which is unacceptable. This has been an awful experience. I feel completely deceived and cheated out of my money. Avoid ordering from this place under any circumstances!
