Forever Breda customer I ordered a watch I saw through an Insta ad and couldn't be happier. Had a quick hiccup with my shipping address but got it taken care with their customer service team—super quick!

Warranty means nothing unless based in the US Bought a watch from Breda - the Visser Metal. After 11 months the movement broke. No local watch repair shop could fix it. Breda said they would repair but postage would cost more than just buying a new watch. Great looking watches but I wouldn't trust the quality again, especially without free repair, even with the warranty - warranty means very little unless you're based in the US.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They are impossible to get in touch with. They did help with my shipping cost and price adjustment. However, you have to be a pain in the butt for a response. They are charging me for a return label I did not use—horrible customer support. The watches are not worth dealing with service like this. Update: The company did reach out about the policy for refusal of the package, and I completely understand the fee now. However, this could have been solved earlier if they had phone support. They also told me that the fee was a return fee, not a refusal fee. HERE IS THE EMAIL "So after reaching out to our fulfillment team, they confirmed with us that this order was refused by the carrier resulting in us charging you the return processing fee. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to reach out. Thank you" STAY FAR AWAY THIS COMPANY HAS TO MANY FEES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finally very disappointed... Finally very disappointed... On 26/12 we received a letter from Fedex asking us to pay $39 in customs fees (for delivery to France) even though the package was delivered 15 days ago. We are very disappointed and do not recommend ordering a watch from this site. Their lack of communication is really not serious.

JANE GOLD TETHERED WATCH - POOR QUALITY PLEASE READ! Very upset in the gold tethered jane watch product quality. Looks beautiful, but after about two months of regular wear my watch is already tarnishing and looking silver. I understand this isn’t a gold watch and tarnishing will eventually be expected with use, but two months is very sad! That’s almost on par how quickly cheap fast fashion jewelry will tarnish. I really wanted to love this watch. I cannot recommend this company, and also think at the end of the day to just save your money for a higher quality watch that will last.
