GBTerrible experience I ordered a backpack through their “try before you buy” option which according to their website won’t charge me until 5 days after delivery. However, my card has already been charged the full amount. The item hasn’t shipped and I emailed them multiple times regarding this and still haven’t heard back. It’s now 9/8 and no shipping updates or responses through their customer service inbox. Awful experience and terrible customer service. Would never purchase anything from this company and suggest avoiding at all costs.

GBGreat piece of kit The hardware they're selling is excellent quality and highly useful. I recently purchased the Errant and love it for my daily commute. It holds all the tools I need, tablet, laptop, battery bank, and even a jacket with room to spare. Before the Errant I was using the Prima System bag with internal camera bag installed and while it is an excellent bag and has held up to the punishment of my work, its a bit more bulky than the Errant and better suited to travel/adventure. Errant is excellent as a daily carry bag.

GBShipping delay issues Shipping delay issues. I have two running orders right now. One ordered on August 22nd and the second one on August 24th for separate items. I have contacted info email and received no communication back. I followed up with another email and again nothing back. Been 2 weeks approaching a third week with no communication. They were a good company last year and fulfillment was top notch during a pandemic but this year is not it.

SGHorrible quality product on the Errant… Horrible quality product on the Errant backpack. The nylon waterproof coating starts cracking and peeling and within 4 years of very light use, it’s virtually unusable. Customer service is nonchalant about this and really can’t be bothered

GBAmazing Pack - Amazing Support After doing a ton of research, I finally decided on the Errant Pro X-Pack from Boundary. It was a bit of a mission to find because it was sold out everywhere, but I managed to snag one from a distributor in Hong Kong who was able to ship it to me quickly. When it arrived, I was thrilled, but I noticed one of the fid-lock clasps was faulty. I reached out to Boundary Supply, and they were on it right away, unfortunately they didn't have any replacements in stock as they bag is on backorder for months. They suggested I try reaching out to the distributor for another bag, and offered to re-imburse them, unfortunately the distributor was un-responsive, and it didn't work out. Boundary Supply didn't leave me hanging, though. They offered a few solutions to fix the issue. I landed on just buying a replacement fid-lock and installing it myself. When I told them, they went above and beyond and sent me the tech bag I'd been heavily eyeing, completely free of charge for my troubles. Overall, I'm thrilled with my experience with Boundary Supply and my new Errant Pro X-Pack. Despite the initial hiccup, it's a fantastic and stunning backpack, and Kailey from their customer service team was top-notch.
