Falsely selling goods promising taxes and duties included in sale price, before you get slammed by hidden fees. The company guaranteed no extra fees or duties at checkout, and contrary to that I was charged exorbitant amounts (100% the purchase price) in taxes and duties upon receiving my purchase. After contacting their customer service, they gave me the run around before ghosting me altogether. The bag was actually not bad, but not perfect either.

Simply amazing Simply amazing. Both the quality of the product, and the customer service. I bought a couple of Boundary items that were supposed to go together. Note: bought them from a retailer, not directly from Boundary. Attaching one to the other didn't quite seem to work well. I took pictures and sent them to Boundary customer service via their website. Got a quick reply from Kailey, who said that one of the items is from a newer line, and the other is from the older. Boundary offered to replace one item directly to make them match. Absolutely free of charge. Two months after my purchase. Love the quality. And I didn't think such customer service existed anymore!!

The module design idea is fantastic and… The module design idea is fantastic and also more eco friendly to allow user customize their own bag as they want, no need to buy many bags. The materials, the quality of the bag are really well made and environmental friendly also make me really decide to buy it. Compared to other camera bag brand’s products in the same range ou price and propose, this is the best in my opinion. Specially when I see those different bag which sell on lien, once I saw them in real, right away I see the difference! No regard! Really satisfied!

Same experience as other people Same experience as other people. I put an order in. Auto confirmation came back. They charged my credit card. No shipping confirmation. No product received. No response from service after three attempts. No other contact information. It would appear they are out of business or just really bad at business. Avoid.

Great piece of kit The hardware they're selling is excellent quality and highly useful. I recently purchased the Errant and love it for my daily commute. It holds all the tools I need, tablet, laptop, battery bank, and even a jacket with room to spare. Before the Errant I was using the Prima System bag with internal camera bag installed and while it is an excellent bag and has held up to the punishment of my work, its a bit more bulky than the Errant and better suited to travel/adventure. Errant is excellent as a daily carry bag.
