What a wonderful experience... What a wonderful experience with the ties.com team- had some last-minute needs for our wedding and Aaron was very accommodating in helping us get everything- and the groomsmen will look great!! Thank you, ties.com!! Phenomenal customer service and fantastic products.

This site is incredible for someone who… This site is incredible for someone who wants to expand their professional wardrobe without spending alot of money but at the same time receiving quality items, fast shipment, and great customer service. They will even add in little small trinkets like a bottle opener just for kicks for a nice surprise when you open your box. The website offers great sales, several articles to help with looking sharp, how-to guides on how to tie ties, and much more. These guys do it right.

I returned a tie clip that failed to… I returned a tie clip that failed to work. The company received the return but did not apply a credit to my account. I have attempted to contact Ties.com on several occasions, both by phone and the email contact provided. NO response, and no refund. Customer service does not exist if there is a problem.

Very impressed—Outstanding Ties Very impressed. The two (2) ties I ordered are made well and looks outstanding. I have received many compliments, as they really compliment my suits and shirts well . They are exactly as advertised both color and fabric wise. I really love the material, as it should be easy to maintain and care for. I won’t hesitate ordering again and highly recommend these products.

Poor customer service The tie I received was damaged. I was unable to print the return label because I don't own a printer, and the woman I spoke to said her manager, Ilana, would not send me a return label through snail mail. I think that's pretty crappy customer service. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 as a courtesy because I've ordered from them in the past without issue.
