GBDon’t purchase from this company I contacted customer service regarding 4 bow ties and a tie I purchased for a wedding. The bow ties looked like they were made for a child. I knew they were a final sale/no return, and they would have been perfect if they hadn’t been child size so we can’t use them. Customer support said they would get with a supervisor to discuss this and get back with me. Never heard a word....even if the bottom line was to say they wouldn’t do a thing it would have been nice if someone would have responded! Will not purchase anything from this company again.

GBLow quality Low quality. Ties were terribly creased and wrinkled. And for some reason smelled hoorible. Smelled up my entire closet. Smell never went away. Unwearable, poor quality, looked cheap. Huge mistake and waste of money

GBTERRIBLE customer service The merchandise is of high quality, but they simply refuse to respond to emails. I'm going to see if I can find the contact information for their CEO, Omar Sayyed. I can't believe he'd want his company treating his customers so dismissively.

GBI am somewhat of a tie addict I am somewhat of a tie addict! So I spend a lot of time looking through ties at department stores comparing quality and prices. I have only recently begun shopping at Ties.com. I have purchased a large number of ties over the past couple of months and they are all excellent ties of high quality and absolutely amazing prices.
