This site is incredible for someone who… This site is incredible for someone who wants to expand their professional wardrobe without spending alot of money but at the same time receiving quality items, fast shipment, and great customer service. They will even add in little small trinkets like a bottle opener just for kicks for a nice surprise when you open your box. The website offers great sales, several articles to help with looking sharp, how-to guides on how to tie ties, and much more. These guys do it right.

Must have been a busy Christmas! The ties are great quality and loved by all who received them. There was a bit of a breakdown in communication though. I ordered them in early November, but by December 8-9 had not received them, even though tracking indicated they should have been sent by then. Finally got someone from Ties on the phone and she got the order shipped i time for Christmas.

I ordered from this company and payed… I ordered from this company and payed $80 ; it’s in China not USA; got no email receipt thanking me for order or details of purchase and no reply on their help chat screen , which says they respond straight away, tried twice and sent 3 emails with no reply . Hopeless

Excellent product, great value! Excellent product. Not only are their items an incredible value, but I was pleasantly surprised at the great quality. These accessories can definitely hold their own with even the most expensive of designer apparel. I will definitely be back for more.

TERRIBLE customer service The merchandise is of high quality, but they simply refuse to respond to emails. I'm going to see if I can find the contact information for their CEO, Omar Sayyed. I can't believe he'd want his company treating his customers so dismissively.
