Stylish and sustainable clothing The clothes are beautiful, they're functional & stylish, each piece can be dressed up or down and I really love that it's sustainable fashion. I appreciate the reward program because it helps with my budget. I do wish when buying clothes online, there could be an exchange policy for different sizes. Especially if item was purchased with reward points or on sale.

Terrible customer service and poor… Terrible customer service and poor quality for the price. I made a very large purchase on Boxing Day and needed to exchange three items for a better size. I called their customer service line and left a message and they could not be bothered to call back. I followed up with an email and received a very brief email telling me that they do not exchange items and would not let me return the ill fitting items since they were purchased on Boxing Day and technically it was a sale. So now I am stuck with several hundred dollars worth of useless items that I cannot exchange for my size. The customer service here is truly appalling. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere that appreciates its customers

Fabric eventually pills and gets small snags after a few washes and wears I love the styles, incredible softness of the fabric and the fit of your clothing. I haven’t ordered for a while as before long the surface of the fabric shows pilling and small snags making it really only usable as at home loungewear. I have written to the company about this before but have not received an answer. I suppose there is nothing to be done about it. I am surprised though that I don’t see it mentioned in other reviews as it’s likely a common issue. It’s enough to keep me from ordering more clothing though.

I do like their products but they are… I do like their products but they are quite pricey for what one gets. The company claims to be size inclusive but whenever people request consideration for people who are not 5’7” the company either ignores the request or tells us to spend more money by getting things hemmed.

Got my refund I sent DM to Bleusalt and Lyndie Benson replied and processed my return directly. As I wrote before, I highly recommend you read the refund policy before placing your order and if you have a problem, then contact them via DM. It seems like that is the fastest way to talk with Bleusalt. Overall, I appreciate their support. The reason that I rated four stars here is I am not satisfied with my previous order. I love their design and fit, but the quality wasn't good enough for my standard. I am not going to write the full details here. You can see all the positive reviews for their brand quality, so it is your call!
