Mine has fallen in on itself its out of… Mine has fallen in on itself its out of shape only 2 months I have and only used a few times. They told me to. Heat in my hands and run a pencil around the inside to strengthen it but that hasn't done anything, iv paid over 30 euros for this only to use a few times I am really disappointed. Could you maybe send me a new one and I cam send mine back and you can see for yourself what shape its in because I can't do anything with it iv tried with the pencil thing and so has my boyfriend it's fucxed no fixing it. Have now a little collection and love the Pony O’s Have now a little collection of the pony O pony O 2 and the bun barz. I use them and so do my two daughters we absolutely love them. They stay in for the gym and all day and it has stopped endless breaking of elastic bands and kids hair getting stuck resulting in hair breakage. Couldn’t be happier and sure will be ordering more colours soon.

Waste of Money - Totally rubbish Absolutely rubbish! Totally disappointed! I have been waiting for over a month, finally arrived last week which everything was thrown into an envelope, look cheap and everything is made in China, this is the bigger disappointment for me. The worst thing is it doesn't hold the hair at all, no matter tied it in one, by section, high, low, any position, it DOESN'T HOLD THE HAIR AT ALL, even worst than the hair tie I usually use. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND IT IS APPARENTLY A SCAM!! I would give a minus star if I could! TOTALLY RUBBISH!

wouldn't recommend with fine hair Not gonna use it even once. I have fine hair and the piece itself is quite heavy so the "no damage, doesn't strech" won't apply to me. Tried it on and took it of after half an hour because i was starting to develop a headache. I also purchased the bun barz which are even heavier and totally useless in my opinion because it doesn't even stay closed in a circle when i bend it just in my hand without hair....

I love the look Pony O gives my hair! I kept seeing Pony O ads on my social media and have been wanting to upgrade my updo look. Pony O was affordable and they sent tutorial video via text and sent an instruction card with my order. It was great because it made my first time using Pony O very user friendly! It is so comfortable, a much better alternative to elastic bands. I love the product and will be ordering more for myself and my daughters, definitely recommend!
