Not good on returns Bought a dress didn’t fit me and wanna return it and I have to pay a 10% restocking charge. Plus I have to pay for shipping. Never seen a company work like this. Not a company you want to order a dress from.

Excellent! I was really scared about this dress being different in some way but nope its a genuine Sherri Hill and i couldn’t be happier! Only thing i will note is the straps on the shoulders are WAY wider than my arms, so if you do order it just be mindful of alterations.

The size was too small but I contacted promdressshop immediately and they were so friendly and sent a bigger size. The dress is absolutely gorgeous and we got it half price! The customer service was excellent and I will order from them again for sure!

Very Pleased! We were very pleased with our purchase! My daughter searched for this dress and it was sold out everywhere! We came across this site on our own online and since I hadn't heard of it before I was a little leary. I dug a little deeper and found out the site was legit and had great reviews! Her dress arrived within 3 days of ordering it! The return policy is a very quick turnaround (which I understand), so I would make sure you plan accordingly. I would definitely recommend this site!

Dress was beautiful and exactly as… Dress was beautiful and exactly as described. Shipping was fast. Unfortunately the dress was too big but returning it was super easy and stress free. We requested a credit rather than refund because we plan to buy our next dress here as well.
