GBWARNING!!!! WARNING! The freight cost to return the bag is $400 from the USA to China! I did not like the bag and requested via email to return it. I learned that I was responsible for the freight cost, which is listed on their website as well. What they do not list on their website is the freight is $400 from the USA back to them in China. I sent them an image of the freight costs and asked for a USA return address. Their response is, sorry. They did offer a possible 50% discount if I completed a survey in 6-12 months.

GBI love the bag I love the bag. However, the mid-section divider that I added on, refuses to snap on both sides. While this may seem minor, it is a continual issue that I have with utilizing the bag. Other than that, overall quality of the bag is exceptional. I love the versatility of it, and ease of transport it has been for me. I nearly lost hope as well with the delay, especially when additional funds were requested. However, I am pleased with a bag that will be used many years to come.

NLAfter a long time...........i'm glad to have the bag I receive it half 2023 and I'm very glad i bought the bag. It took a long time (more then a year) to wait as an early bird to receive the bag. Its a strong, nice bag and I receive many compliments when I use the bag. Its a helpful item for me to take my material to my job such as an iPad an many other things. Its a nice colour with strong zippers and the total price of the bag with extra little bag inside is cheeper then other bags in my country.

DESuper sick! the leather on the ultimatum is soooo nice !! good job guys, you really nailed it. In love with mine, I got mine in vintage saffiano colorway and its super sick. I feel like a businessman walking down the road with this bag haha. I only buy premium stuff and Tefors is definitely one of the brands that deserve a spot on my purchases!

IENever received order after paying in full I ordered 2 pairs of shoes through Kickstater in May 2021 I still don't have any product after paying in full. I have been through 3 different customer support people to no avail. Iv had all excuses now, delay with supplier order lost in system, promises shipping tomorrow. Now we are at I received them last year. I received one pair last year about 3 sizes to small and returned them. I have also asked for a refund on occasions this doesn't even get a reply.
